Internal Atlas and others- 2017

These works are self-reflective about painting— to obliquely imagine the act of drawing, creating a viewing frame and using borders to examine the way in which we view and interact with our own worlds. It aims to raise questions about what we are introducing into our existing environment, whether the objects, words, images and communities we create are themselves transgressions, or whether they are merely uncomfortable cross-overs into shared territories.
